Free Smart Remote with the Purchase of a Smart Home System

These Terms and Conditions apply to MiLux AV’s special offer for a free smart remote with the purchase of a smart home system. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms:

1. Offer Details

Customers who purchase a qualifying smart home system from MiLux AV are eligible to receive one (1) free smart remote.

A "qualifying smart home system" includes home automation controls by Control4 provided and installed by MiLux AV that exceed $5,000.00 in total project value.

2. Eligibility

Offer is valid for residential customers.

This offer is available for new purchases only. Upgrades to existing systems or service-only agreements do not qualify.

Offer valid for purchases made before 2/1/2025.

3. Claiming the Offer

The free smart remote will be provided upon completion of the qualifying system installation and full payment of the purchase invoice.

MiLux AV reserves the right to substitute a comparable smart remote model if the advertised model is unavailable.

4. Conditions

The free smart remote cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and is non-transferable.

This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated by MiLux AV.

Cancellation of the purchase or return of the qualifying smart home system will void this offer, and the customer must return the smart remote or pay its retail value.

5. Exclusions

Purchases made through third-party retailers or installers are not eligible for this promotion.

Employees of MiLux AV and their immediate family members are excluded from this offer.

6. Limitation of Liability

MiLux AV is not responsible for any loss, damage, or failure of the smart remote due to improper use or third-party system integrations.

Warranty for the free smart remote is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

7. Right to Modify or Cancel

MiLux AV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Customers who purchase qualifying Bowers & Wilkins Speakers from MiLux AV are eligible to receive one 5% Off not including taxes or any applicable delivery fees.

A "qualifying Bowers & Wilkins Speaker" includes all 600 Series, 700 Series, 800 Series, Custom In-Wall, and Custom In-Ceiling Speakers.
